Driving Our Talent Solutions Mission Through Connectifier Acquisition

As the product leader for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business, I spend a lot of my time thinking about how to make the recruiting process more effective, more efficient and more productive for our customers.  

In the last year, we’ve made great strides in making our core talent-based products more intuitive, but I believe we can reach greater heights. That’s why I’m delighted to welcome the Connectifier team to the LinkedIn family as we aim to maximize the full potential of our Talent Solutions platform.

In getting to know the Connectifier team, it became clear to us that we were both driven by the same vision: to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Now, we can to join forces to create even better experiences for every recruiter out there who is looking to find the best possible talent for every job they aim to fill.

Connectifier’s cutting edge technology and world-class team has been helping companies enhance the effectiveness of their recruiting efforts for years. By combining LinkedIn’s vast network and products with Connectifier’s powerful machine learning-based search and matching technology, we will be better positioned to accelerate our Talent Solutions product roadmap.

This is only the beginning with Connectifier. While our two companies have many similarities, tapping into their ability to think through complex ideas with a different lens is something I look forward to exploring as we create new experiences together.
