To get started with AI-Assisted Search and Projects in Recruiter, click the search bar and select Start a new AI-assisted search or Create a new AI-assisted project. This feature is rolling out to customers over the next few months and will be available in English to all Recruiter customers by the end of August 2024.
The use of this feature is optional. You are still able to initiate search or create projects without the use of gen AI.
The feature is very intuitive. In your own words, type in what you need and the conversational interface will provide guidance and options. Please check out our guide with example prompts and our blog for more details.
Our guide is now available in Indonesian and Korean! Stay tuned for more languages.
This gen AI feature tries to understand your hiring intent (e.g., find a Public Relations Associate in Texas) and breaks it down into the most relevant search filters (e.g, job title and location). Instead of inputting filters manually, gen AI can get you started more quickly.
In addition, it can help with turning grouping into individual searches like location (i.e. on the West Coast) and schools (i.e. HBCUs) so you don’t have to spend time inputting each school and location into the filters.
Yes, you can still manually add, edit, and remove search filters the way you always have. These filters will be found right above the conversational interface. In addition, you can still run a Boolean search. Simply add your Boolean string to the open-text prompt box and you’ll be given the option to run a Boolean search.
