LinkedIn SMB Offer (‘Program’) Terms and Conditions
- General
a) By applying to this LinkedIn India SMB Campaign (“Program”), you agree to these LinkedIn India SMB Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
b) LinkedIn Technology Information Private Limited (“LinkedIn”) reserves the right at its sole discretion to change these Terms or cancel the Program at any time without providing any notice.
c) Your use of LinkedIn.com is governed by LinkedIn.com’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy, both of which are hereby incorporated into these Terms. In the event of conflict between these Terms and either the User Agreement or Privacy Policy, the User Agreement or Privacy Policy, as applicable, will govern.
d) This Program is valid from 23rd May 2017 to 1st Dec 2017 (“Program Period”)
- Eligibility
a) Eligibility to apply to the Program is limited to organizations (individuals and sole proprietors are ineligible) registered or incorporated in India that had as of May 23rd 2017 a “Company Page” on LinkedIn.com with less than 350 LinkedIn members connected to such Company Page (each, an “ Applicant”). Each Applicant is eligible to avail itself a maximum quantity of only one Product Package in each Product Package category. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, staffing companies, staffing agencies, and existing customers of LinkedIn Talent Solutions are ineligible to apply for the Program. LinkedIn reserves the right to withdraw the benefits under the Program to any Applicant in the event such Applicant is acquired by another organization that does not meet the eligibility criteria of the Program. In the event of any dispute regarding an Applicant’s Program eligibility, LinkedIn will determine the Applicant’s eligibility in its sole discretion.
- Program Application
a) LinkedIn’s Program is free to apply to.
b) To apply, Applicants must visit https://business.linkedin.com/en-in/talent-solutions/small-business-hiring-solutions and fully complete the application form during the Program Period.
c) LinkedIn will not accept responsibility for any application accidentally lost, delayed, corrupted or not received, or any failure to receive applications due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
d) Any application automatically generated by computer or not completed in accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted by LinkedIn.
- Application Materials
a) All applications and materials submitted to LinkedIn in connection with the Program (collectively, “Application Materials”), along with all associated copyright and other proprietary rights, become the property of LinkedIn upon submission, and Application Materials will not be returned to any Applicant. LinkedIn may use the Application Materials to evaluate an application, manage the Program and as described in LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.
b) LinkedIn may use the name and logo of each Applicant in its Program related marketing and promotional materials.
- Selection
a) LinkedIn may approve an Applicant’s application to participate in the Program in its sole discretion. The decision of LinkedIn will be final in this regard.
b) LinkedIn reserves the right to withdraw its approval to any Applicant to participate in the Program in its sole discretion and without any notice.
- Product Packages
a) The Program comprises of the following products/services (each a “Product Package”): -
i. Talent Branding Pack - Career Page SMB: Emerging Market; USD 1500 worth Recruitment Ads free and 2 (two) India Job slots.
ii. India Hiring Pack - India Recruiter and 2 (two) India Job slots
iii. Global Hiring Pack - Global Recruiter and 2 (two) Global Job slots
b) Separate terms and conditions apply to each Product Package and each Applicant’s use of each Product Package. Applicants will be required to separately accept such terms and conditions prior to using each Product Package. Each Applicant that avails itself of a Product Package will be subject to applicable fees and taxes.
- Miscellaneous
a) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by applying for the Program you release LinkedIn, relevant third parties and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Program.
b) In the event of any dispute related to the Program, the decision of LinkedIn is final.
