Caspar Wright, Managing Partner Australia & New Zealand, leads Australasian and regional engagements for all Vermeer service areas for clients in the region. With previous experience in Strategy Consulting, Advanced Research, Planning and General Management, including a number of years on the client side in the beverage industry, he has a deep experience both of consulting, and the operational and business pressures facing our clients.

Caspar’s passion is helping clients to unlock growth and organizational improvement, with a particular focus on strategy, complex analytics, positioning and organizational engagement.

Joining Vermeer in 2014, he is currently focusing on building our client base in FMCG, food and beverages, hospitality, financial services and retail.

Previously Caspar was CEO of Catalysis Consulting where he led a variety of engagements in food, beverages, media, pharmaceuticals. Before that he worked at leading brewer Lion Group with director level roles in insights, planning, strategy and category management.

He grew up in England and has previously lived in France and Shanghai. He holds a B.A. in Engineering, a Masters of Engineering and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Cambridge, in addition to various finance qualifications.

Caspar currently lives in Sydney and has two cheeky sons.
