My role at LinkedIn as business leader makes good use of my experiences; leading people, which I started in 2000 and done since with organizations from small to large. And building successful organizations, which I have done multiple times in my different roles and companies. As Sales leader, I achieved as much as 400% YoY revenue growth. Having had the chance to build organizations and teams from scratch and work with people from a large variety of experience levels, nationalities and abilities helped me to hone my skills such as, strategic thinking, planning and innovation.
I believe the key to my success so far were my abilities to build organisations, with strong cultures of commitment, innovation, drive to succeed and fun. This always helped me to attract the best talent. Humor always is an important part of it.
