Phil Harrell leads the Chief Sales Officer Strategies practice at SiriusDecisions, an advisory firm that helps the world's leading sales, marketing and product leaders make better decisions, execute with precision, and accelerate growth. Phil and his team are passionate about helping Chief Sales Officers tackle their biggest challenges and build repeatable, scalable and predictable revenue machines.

Prior to SiriusDecisions, Phil spent almost 25 years in sales leadership positions at several hyper growth technology companies-Akamai Technologies, HubSpot, Inc. and Pegasystems.

Phil is a graduate of Duke University and MIT Sloan School's Greater Boston Executive Program. He has been an active angel investor for the past 15 years and currently serves on the Boards of Directors for an education non-profit called Read to A Child and Viddler, an online video company.
