Brands and people are central to driving Unilever’s company purpose. In Marketing, their crafting Brands for Life strategy is one that builds brands with a clear social mission at their heart. In HR, their talent mission is to ensure that Unilever’s growth ambition is never constrained by lack of the best available internal and external talent. Bringing these together unlocks the magic across the organisation. Be inspired and hear how Unilever’s collaboration across marketing and talent has driven them to success.
