Yes, your company will automatically be entered into all categories for which its eligible. 

The LinkedIn Insights team examines utilization data among all companies in participating countries with LinkedIn Talent Solutions by looking at factors like engagement, performance, results and impact.

Specific criteria for each category are outlined on your dedicated country page.

The talent industry moves quickly, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions regularly introduces new capabilities and improvements. A six-month recognition period allows for a fair and consistent comparison of customer performance, adoption, and business impact within a defined timeframe. Measuring over a shorter period ensures all participants are evaluated based on similar market conditions and solution availability. This approach enables more timely recognition of meaningful achievements and keeps the awards relevant to the current talent landscape.

The Talent Awards is a free program, and there is no cost for companies to participate.
