Your guide to finding and hiring the right person for your organization
The foundation of your search for a high-quality construction worker is the job description. What are the qualifications and skills that this person must bring to a job site? Is there opportunity for advancement? How will the candidate contribute to your company’s success? When crafting the job post, include specific, measurable objectives that the new hire will be expected to achieve. Such information was identified as very helpful by participants in a recent LinkedIn study that asked which parts of a job description are most important. Including the objectives of the role is an easy way to improve and differentiate your job description, and may even contribute to a more diversified applicant pool.
This sample job post will introduce your organization’s culture and values, while helping potential candidates understand how they’ll contribute from Day 1.
