To find the right fundraiser for your organization, clearly define the key qualifications you’re looking for and the responsibilities of the role. Since fundraisers come from a variety of backgrounds, it’s important to specify the type of work they’ll be doing.
Bullet points help candidates review a job post quickly, but avoid including more than six per section. Remember that a candidate may not be familiar with your organization, so a polished job description will help leave a positive first impression.
