Promote LinkedIn Articles to your target audience

Bring content closer to your target audience with a native-to-LinkedIn format. LinkedIn Articles are articles written on the platform with a unique LinkedIn URL. They can be published by your LinkedIn Page or written and posted by thought leaders (both employees and member creators).

These articles can now be sponsored through the Boost flow in LinkedIn Pages or through single image ad campaign creation in Campaign Manager. Think you don’t have existing article content to promote? Try searching for an existing LinkedIn Article written by a relevant thought leader in your Content Library in CMT and request permission to sponsor. Have blog posts on your company website? Copy your blog post to your organization’s LinkedIn Page as an Article and boost it.

Coming soon: Drive newsletter subscriptions by promoting LinkedIn Articles that are part of a newsletter series.

Engage members directly as a brand with LinkedIn Pages Messaging

With brands and marketers laser-focused on building online communities, we are introducing new tools suited for the task on LinkedIn. Pages Messaging is now available for all companies. With this enhancement, members can reach out to organizations with a Message button on the Page, enabling admins to engage in 1:1 conversations via a dedicated inbox for Pages.

Job candidates, customers, prospects and influencers can now reach out to your brand directly through Pages Messaging. At a time where audiences want brands to be responsive and accessible, this update helps yours answer the call. Conversations are member-initiated, and only super or content admins for your Page have the ability to reply.

To support this launch, we’re also excited to announce six key API integrations with our Marketing Partners at BirdBrandwatch, Hootsuite, Oktopost, Sprinklr, and Zoho. These will help users who already leverage one of these platforms to manage their LinkedIn presence manage their messaging as well at scale through specialized solutions.

Go deeper with competitor analytics

Competitor analytics help you gauge your brand’s performance on LinkedIn against others in your category. Page admins can select which LinkedIn Pages they want to track with this feature, and then keep an eye on the following analytics:

  • Follower metrics showing the Page’s all-time followers as well as new followers gained within a specified time range.
  • Organic content metrics to help you understand the frequency with which competitors are creating and sharing.
  • Trending competitor posts highlighting the top trending original posts created by your competitors in the past 30 days – refreshed daily.

These insights give you context into how competing brands are approaching their LinkedIn strategies and what subjects they’re talking about.
