Once the offer shows up in Credits and promotions, launch a LinkedIn Ads campaign(s) with this ad account. In order to redeem your offer, your new campaign(s) must accrue the required spend (excluding any taxes or applicable fees) within the promotional time period stated in your offer. Simply adding a budget to your account is not sufficient.

The offer is only valid by the "Qualify by" date listed and ad credits must be used by the “Expires on” date. Both dates can be found in Campaign Manager under Accounts Settings > Billing > Credits and promotions.

If you do not receive a confirmation email or your credit does not show up in your account within 5 business days after you’ve met the required spend amount, please contact the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customer support team. Be prepared to provide the account name and any details of the offer you have from the time you originally claimed it.
You can find the expiration date and other information for your ad account’s offer in Campaign Manager under Account Settings > Billing > Credits and promotions. Expired credits will show as “Credit expired” or “Promo expired” under the Status column.

As an account manager or billing admin, you can view your advertising credit balance in Campaign Manager under Account Settings > Billing > Credits and promotions.
1. Sign in to Campaign Manager and select your ad account.
2. Click the Account Settings dropdown on the left panel.
3. Select Billing from the dropdown.
4. Under the Billing section, click “Credits and promotions”.
5. Locate your offer on the dashboard to see how much remaining balance is left.
The credit is available for use immediately when you start any campaign. LinkedIn automatically deducts all advertising charges in the ad account from the promotional credit balance until the credit is fully used. Once the credit is used up, the offer will show as “Credit exhausted” under Status.
