How do I earn the offer credit?

l Launch a LinkedIn ad campaign(s) from the profile and company specified in your offer email and meet account eligibility requirements stated below. In order for you to redeem your offer, your new campaign(s) must accrue the required spend (excluding any taxes or applicable fees) within the promotional time period stated in your offer. Simply adding a budget to your account is not sufficient.


How do I become eligible for Spend X, Get Y?

Accounts will be eligible if they are connected to a certified partner's integration, the account does not have spend associated in the past 90 days, and the account user must be a company admin

 


How can I tell if an account I manage is eligible?

Fill out the form above to opt-in for the offer. If you received a Linkedln email about the promotion, details about eligible accounts will be included. If you didn't get the Spend X, Get Y email offer, the account you manage isn’t eligible.


Are promo codes counted towards the Spend X amount?

Yes. Coupons redeemed to the account are eligible to be counted towards your Spend X amount.


How long does the Spend X, Get Y offer last?

The offer is only valid within the dates listed in your email. Once that timeframe has passed, the offer is no longer valid.


How will I know when the Y credit expires?

The Y credit expires one year after it’s been applied to your account. You can find the expiration date and other information in the Billing activity section in your Ads account. Click on Coupons / Credits to see information about your credit, including the expiration date in the Expiration Date column.


How long does the partner Spend X, Get Y offer last?

The offer is valid only for 30 days as listed in your email.


What if the Y amount never shows up in my account?

If the Y amount doesn’t show up in your account within 5 business days, please contact the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customer support team. Be prepared to provide the account name, amount of the Spend X, Get Y offer, and the timeframe listed in your original email.


How will I be charged when I use a coupon code?

If you redeem a coupon code, we'll deduct the campaign spend from your advertising credit balance until it's fully exhausted. We'll then bill your credit card if your campaign spend exceeds the amount on your advertising coupon code. To ensure your campaign does not spend over the coupon code amount, be sure to set a total budget for the same amount as your coupon code. Learn more about how to set a total budget.


Can I forward this offer?

This offer cannot be forwarded and is only applicable towards the Linkedln Ads account listed in your email.
