How do I earn the offer credit?


All you have to do is create a new ad account and launch a Linkedln ad campaign(s) with the profile and company specified in your offer email. In order for you to redeem your offer, your new campaign(s) must accrue the required $250 spend (excluding any taxes or applicable fees) between 6/5/2024-6/30/2024. Simply adding a budget to your account is not sufficient.

This offer may be sent to multiple members of the same company, however only one credit will be applied per company. If multiple accounts are created, the first account that spends the required $250 will be credited with the $500. Other accounts will not receive the same offer and will not be recognized thereafter. If 2 accounts end up spending the $250 on the same day, we will credit the account that was created first by the email recipient.

How can I tell if an account I manage is eligible? 

If you received a Linkedln email about the promotion, details about eligible accounts will be included. If you didn't get the Spend $250, Get $500 email offer, the account you manage isn’t eligible.

How long does the Spend X, Get Y offer last? 

The offer is only valid within the dates listed in your email. Once that timeframe has passed, the offer is no longer valid.

Can I forward this offer? 

This offer cannot be forwarded and is only applicable towards the member and company page receiving this offer.

Are promo codes counted towards the required $250 spend? 

Yes. Coupons redeemed to the account are eligible to be counted towards your Spend $250 amount.

When will the $500 ad credit be credited to my account? 

The $500 should be credited to your account within 5 business days of the $250 amount being spent. You’ll see the ad credit as a coupon in your billing center. We’ll also send your account’s billing admin and account manager an email notifying them that the ad credit has been applied.

What if the $500 credit never shows up in my account?

If the $500 credit doesn’t show up in your account within 5 business days, please contact the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customer support team. Be prepared to provide the account name, details of your Spend $250 Get $500 offer, and the dates 6/5/2024-6/30/2024 as listed in your original email.

How will I know when the $500 credit expires? 

The $500 credit expires one year after it’s been applied to your account. You can find the expiration date and other information in the Billing activity section in your Ads account. Click on Coupons / Credits to see information about your credit, including the expiration date in the Expiration Date column.

Where can I see my advertising credits balance?

You can view your advertising credits balance on the billing center page within Campaign Manager.

1. Sign in to Campaign Manager.
2. Click the correct account name.
3. Click the Settings icon next to the account name in the top navigation of the account page.
4. Select Billing center from the dropdown.
5. Under the Billing activity section click on Coupons / Credits.
6. Locate Remaining Credit Amount.

Once the credit is used up, it will not appear in the Coupon/Credit section anymore.
