1. By using the credit, you accept these terms and conditions and you agree that the most recent version of the LinkedIn Ads Agreement and Advertising Guidelines apply to your ongoing use of the Ads Services.
  2. Follow the instructions provided with the offer to claim and apply it to your LinkedIn Ads account, subject to eligibility
  3. The offer is only valid while promotional credits are still available. LinkedIn reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.
  4. The offer is available only to the company named in the email or shown in the LinkedIn Ads interface.
  5. Only one promotional offer is allowed per company within a 90-day period.
  6. Multiple members of the same company may receive the offer. However, once a member redeems it, the offer becomes exclusively associated with their ad account. Other members from the same company will no longer be eligible.
  7. After the offer is claimed, a confirmation email will be sent to your primary LinkedIn email address.
  8. After the promotional offer is applied to your LinkedIn ads account, you must accrue the required spend (excluding taxes) within the timeframe specified in the offer.
  9. The tracking of advertising costs toward the required spend begins once the promotional offer is redeemed.
  10. If all requirements are met, the credit is typically applied to your LinkedIn ads account within five days.
  11. The credit amount displayed in the offer is shown in your local currency. The actual amount applied will be converted to your LinkedIn Ads account’s chosen currency and may differ.
  12. The credit expires one year after it is applied to your account.
  13. The credit will be applied only to invoices issued after the credit is earned and cannot offset prior charges.
  14. You will not receive a notification when your credit is fully used. You are responsible for all charges that exceed the promotional credit.
  15. Your account must be successfully billed and remain in good standing in order to remain eligible for the credit.
  16. LinkedIn reserves the right to remove the offer from your account or nullify the credit if a payment fails, the offer was applied in error, you breach these terms, or your account is no longer in good standing.
  17. The credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged.
  18. The offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers.
  19. The offer is void where prohibited by law.
