Caroline Guillaumin

Caroline Guillaumin is Head of Corporate Communications at the Societe Generale group and member of the Executive Committee, since January 2010. She was previously Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility SVP, and a member of the Management Committee of Alcatel-Lucent, from October 2006 to October 2009. From May 2003 to October 2006, Caroline Guillaumin was Director of Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility for SFR. She served as Director of Internal and External Communications at Alcatel from 1999 through 2003, and as Senior Marketing and Communications Manager at Alcatel TITN Answare from 1998 until 1999. Between 1997 and 1998, she was European Marketing and Communications Director for VERITY Inc., a US company specialising in Internet search engines. From 1989 to 1998, she held anumber of positions in France and in the United States at PC Publishing where she began her career as Product Manager.

Caroline Guillaumin is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux with a Political Sciences diploma, and holds a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from Université de Bordeaux I, as well as a Master of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
