Tom Libretto

Tom Libretto, managing director, is global head of digital for J.P. Morgan’s Investment Management businesses.  In this role, Tom is responsible for driving J.P. Morgan’s digital strategy and transformation initiatives focused on delivering cutting-edge client experiences across web, mobile, and other client-facing digital communications formats. Additionally, Tom is responsible for the firms content strategy, digital marketing, and business intelligence operations. Tom joined J.P. Morgan in November of 2012 from Nokia, where he was responsible for global consumer engagement, including digital marketing, CRM, social media, and data & analytics operations.  He started his career with IBM, holding a variety of product, marketing, and sales roles within IBM’s software division.  Tom graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1994, and currently resides, with his wife and two young sons, in Connecticut.
