Charles White

Charles White leads the Customer Experience research team of TNS East with a specific focus on optimizing customer experience in B2B environments. He also leads digital strategy for the region, including data integration and social media. In both roles, Charles works with clients to grow customer relationships using TNS' world-class market information capabilities.

During Charles' tenure with TNS he has held multiple positions in customer experience research including leading the telecommunications research group and the technology industry syndicated market tracking group. Charles is a frequent contributor to various media including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today and The Chicago Tribune and often speaks at industry conferences including the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), The Conference Board events and the Pew Charitable Trusts’ workshop on Internet measurement.

Charles holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management of Information Systems and an MBA with concentration in Finance from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA, where he also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing.
