Winning with Sales Navigator

LinkedIn Launches CRM Partner Program

crm-announcement

The Sales Navigator team has always realized that integration with the applications salespeople use every day -- email and CRM -- is critical.

We began our CRM integration journey by allowing Sales Navigator lead and account data to be displayed inside the CRM -- first Salesforce, and then Microsoft Dynamics. We deepened our integration earlier this year by automatically syncing Sales Navigator and Salesforce records and launching our first email integration - Sales Navigator for Gmail.

Today, I’m thrilled to introduce the CRM Partner Program, a new initiative that allows leading CRM systems to integrate Sales Navigator functionality directly into their applications.  We plan to launch this partner program with some of today’s biggest enterprise CRM players and emerging companies including SAP Hybris, Oracle, NetSuite, SugarCRM and HubSpot.

To choose our initial partners, we looked to our customer base to tell us which CRM systems they were using, and prioritized based on that.  We plan to expand this list over time.

We want to help our customers increase the ROI of their Sales Navigator investment, and get more value from their CRM.  Ultimately, deeper Sales Navigator integration with CRM translates into more efficiency and productivity for salespeople.

We’re excited to take this first step, and look forward to unlocking the creative energies of sales application developers.

Updated October 10, 2016: Over the past year LinkedIn has been in ongoing discussions with key CRM providers to develop a partner program that offers more value to our joint customers.  The goal of our CRM partner program is to offer more efficiency and productivity to sales professionals around the world, by allowing leading CRM systems to integrate Sales Navigator functionality directly into their applications. Consistent with our existing Sales Navigator integrations with Salesforce and Dynamics, we do not transfer LinkedIn member data to the CRM companies themselves. What we do offer is a widget that allows our joint customers to view similar information to what they would find within Sales Navigator, such as LinkedIn profile information and relationship insights. Joint customers of CRM partners will be able to view LinkedIn profiles and relationship insights within their CRM application, and that access will continue after our deal closes with Microsoft in 2017 and beyond.
