Notes help you keep a record of relevant information and action items right on your saved lead and account pages.

How to Take Notes on your Leads & Accounts

1. On a Lead Page or Account Page navigate to the right side of the page. 

2. Click on Add Note to bring up the Note pop up. 

3. Enter your Note. You can decide if you want to Copy to CRM (if applicable) 

4. Click Save.
