Launch a power user program

Your program should be well underway by now and no doubt you’ve identified a few team members who have adopted social selling seamlessly. Consider launching a Power User program to recognize and reward your Power Users and to encourage your laggards to take action and catch up.

This program also empowers the sales reps to own the change within your organization, rather than being directed by leadership.
