Are You Sharing Your LinkedIn Recruiter Projects?

Sharing projects lets you leverage the skills and knowledge of your fellow recruiters so you can focus on what you do best.

Maybe you're a type A-personality recruiter who is so organized that you create and label a file folder before you even start writing the letter, job description or interview schedule that is going to go in it?  And then again maybe not.

Make sure your sharing is turned on

So we don't always create a Recruiter Project before we start searching or posting jobs, which is why Recruiter provides the option to create a new Project on-the-fly,  as you post a job, save a search or save a profile.   But did you know that when creating a Project this way, the team sharing feature is turned off by default?  Consequently those Projects you've meticulously created to help you and your team stay organized may not be accessible by your teammates.

  3. Check the box to "Share this Project?"

Sharing projects lets you leverage the skills and knowledge of your fellow recruiters so you can focus on what you do best.
