New LinkedIn Career Page Takes Your Employer Brand to the Next Level

Building a strong employer brand yields huge benefits for companies, so it’s no surprise that almost 70% of employers say it’s a top priority*. Thousands of companies are using LinkedIn Career Pages as a powerful way to showcase their brand and become an employer of choice. We’re happy to report that we’ve just upgraded the product.

As with many LinkedIn products, our goal is to make both our members and talent acquisition customers more successful. When candidates are more engaged, more connected with companies, and better able to find their dream jobs, everybody wins. This means designing a page that’s simple and laser-focused on capturing candidates’ attention as soon as they hit the page. Guided by this philosophy, we’re unveiling a brand new page design making it easier for you to:

  • Inspire candidates: Show off your unique employer brand through a large banner image, accompanied by a punchy tagline.
  • Highlight what matters most: We’ve found that candidates care most about personalized jobs, people they know at your company and what you stand for as an employer. The new, cleaner page design puts these elements front and center.
  • Bring your story to life: Content modules allow you to share videos, testimonials, text content and more.

As always LinkedIn Career Pages allow you to tailor the experience to each viewer, so you can share a very different employer value proposition to engineers than you do to sales professionals, for example.

For some inspiration, check out our charter customers, whose pages are already live on LinkedIn: Expedia, American Express, Unilever and Gilt Groupe. These partners have built phenomenal pages and are already seeing the benefits. "I am very excited that LinkedIn has created this platform to showcase what the culture is like at Expedia,” says Jeremy Langhans of Expedia.

Charu Malhotra, Global Resourcing Projects Manager at Unilever says, “LinkedIn is an integral part of our employer brand toolkit. The new Career Page engages more and personalizes the user journey, which is critical given the breadth and diversity of our company.”
