Trend #2: Employer Branding is seen as both a competitive threat and a competitive advantage.
The employer branding war is well and truly in full swing! It ranked in the top 3 as being a competitive threat. But understanding your employer brand and how it can set you apart from the competition can work in your favor. A huge 90% of respondents believe employer brand has a significant impact on ability to hire great talent.
Trend #3: Organizations are underutilizing data when making hiring decisions.
Only 15% of Talent Acquisition leaders in Australia say that they feel comfortable using data to make hiring decisions versus a global average of 23%.
