One of the most thought-provoking pieces this week is the Employer’s Creed by David Brooks at the New York Times. Brooks explains that companies’ hiring practices have a profound impact on our culture and the type of people who get ahead. In order to evolve, he advises companies to follow the employer hiring creed in the article.
