Show Us Your Talent Brand and Win a Career Pages Makeover

InDemand 2014, the first ever talent brand event, is just around the corner. This June 17th, recruiting leaders will gather in New York for the event and share relevant, inspiring and practical advice on how to build an irresistible talent brand.

Speaking of talent brand, while we have come across a lot of really amazing stories, we are far from thinking we have seen it all. That is why, in the lead up to the event, we’d like to challenge (yes, we know you are always up for a good challenge) recruiting teams globally to submit their company’s talent brand story to us by June 6th.

The best submission will win a LinkedIn Career Page makeover by our team of consultants.

Ready to compete and show off how amazing your brand story is? Here is how to enter:

  • Between now and Friday, June 6, snap a photo which reflects the core values or tenets of your talent brand – it could be anything from an all hands meeting, company schwag or a team lunch. Get creative!
  • Share your photo in a LinkedIn Status update or Company Page update.
  • Before you share, make sure you include and complete this phrase: "[Your company name] talentbrand is [explain what your talent brand is].” Note that “talentbrand” is one word. If you don’t include this phrase, we won’t be able to track your submission.

LinkedIn’s talentbrand is about collaboration, which is a core company value and is central in all we do across our talent acquisition organization. We partner across the globe with our hiring managers and work together to make each other better professionals, all while making sure we keep a sense of humor and fun.

We’ll collect all the submissions, and then on June 10, we’ll publish a blog post asking everyone to vote on their favorite. The winner will be announced on June 17. Good luck to everyone, and remember… be creative!
