On October 20-22, 2014 in San Francisco, Talent Connect will celebrate its 5th year by bringing the talent acquisition world together to share inspirational stories and transform the way companies hire great talent.

Every year, Talent Connect offers attendees a jam-packed agenda filled with sessions led by recruiting game-changers and talent acquisition innovators, as well as leaders and visionaries from across the fields of business, politics, philanthropy and more. Continuing in this tradition of stellar speakers, we’re excited to announce Arianna Huffington, Chair, President and Editor-in-Chief of The Huffington Post Media Group, as our keynote  speaker at Talent Connect 2014!

Not only is Arianna a hugely accomplished businesswoman, as founder of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Huffington Post website, but she is also a nationally syndicated columnist and author of 14 books, and has been named in both the Forbes Most Powerful Women list and TIME Magazine’s list of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. This is one session that’s absolutely not to be missed!

In addition to this, we will break out sessions into themed tracks, so as an attendee you can focus on what’s most important for you and your company. Jeff Batuhan from Stryker and Jenny DeVaughn from ADP will discuss how to train and evolve talent acquisition teams to provide proactive consultation to your hiring managers using LinkedIn and other digital tools.

SMB Track - Organizing the chaos: building a startup recruiting function

Cat Hernandez from Chartbeat, Anthony Kline from AppDirect and Jim Lawrence from FireEye will discuss the evolving needs of recruiting in startup environments at 3 different stages of growth, addressing sourcing strategies, approaches to passive recruiting, processes, and operational growth.
