10 Articles Recruiters Shared The Most This Week

July 3, 2014

In case you need a stimulating read, here’s a great list for you.

We took a look at the articles staffing and corporate recruiters shared the most on LinkedIn during the last 7 days and posted them below.

This week’s standout post is Andy LaCivita’s advice on what to do to prevent your job offers from being rejected. According to him, a lot of companies hope to close the deal by offering the candidate stellar compensation. However, most candidates have a longer priority list, including company culture, manager, location, long-term promise of the company. Your job is to figure these priorities out by asking, and then advertise how you company fulfills them. This is a process that starts the moment you connect with the candidate and not at the end when the offer is ready.
