10 Articles Recruiters Shared The Most This Week
July 11, 2014

In case you need a stimulating read, here’s a great list for you.
We took a look at the articles staffing and corporate recruiters shared the most on LinkedIn during the last 7 days and posted them below.
This week is packed with great content, but Nicolae Andronic’s post was particularly intriguing. Nicolae is a software engineer/project manager who put together a very detailed and prescriptive list of how recruiters should interact with tech talent. He starts off with tips on how to put together a great job description, how to use LinkedIn, how to handle cold calls, interview, and follow-ups – not something you can expect to hear every day from a prospect. Definitely worth taking the time to read this article.
