We took a look at the articles staffing and corporate recruiters shared the most on LinkedIn during the last 7 days and posted them below.

This week it was interesting to read Dr. John Sullivan’s post on 15 bold recruiting practices. The post lists examples of aggressive employee referral programs (eg. $20,000 bonuses), poaching talent from other competitors (eg. recruiting Google employees while they wait for the shuttle taking them to work), generous sign-on bonuses, and recruiting cocktail parties. While not many companies would have the financial means to use such aggressive tactics, the post is worth reading if only to find out how creative companies can get .
