We took a look at the articles staffing and corporate recruiters shared the most on LinkedIn during the last 7 days and posted them below.

This week it was fun to read Melissa Jewison's post on how somebody can sang a job as a recruiter. Melissa shares that this is the number one question she receives in InMails and it's pretty exciting to see that so many people are interested in recruiting as a career. In order to secure a job in the industry, she advises people to be inquisitive and ask for introductions, find an advocate, and build out their personal brand on social media. Once they get the interview, the best approach is to do a soft close with a question like "Is there anything in my background that would prevent you from moving forward with me?"
