This week Greg Savage shares an important insight with recruitment agencies: “Build a candidate acquisitions strategy around candidate INTENTION. Not getting their ATTENTION.” According to him, many staffing firms still operate with the old-school mindset of exhausting resources and time on grabbing candidates’ attention. Whether it’s posting job ads with flashy titles or using social media without a thoughtful strategy, Savage claims that there is a much more efficient way to find/close the best.
