The stand-out post of the week is Paul Petrone’s story about Chipotle’s hiring process. Petrone explains that when hiring employees for its restaurants, Chipotle rarely recruits people at senior levels. Most positions are entry-level and workers are encouraged to rise through the ranks to managerial roles.
