This week, Brian de Haaff discusses what causes the perfect candidates to walk away. After years of interviewing, Brian discovered that there are four phrases that send candidates running in the other direction. First on his list: "do you have a resume?" Sites like Google and LinkedIn have made finding candidates information beyond easy, so asking them this question leads them to believe that the interviewer is lazy and hasn't done his or her job.
