Talent Connect

5 Things You Can Expect from Talent Connect London This Year

We are excited to announce that our EMEA flagship event, Talent Connect London, will take place on October 21st and 22nd in London.

Every year, Talent Connect brings together the most progressive talent acquisition and HR leaders from across the world to collaborate and share best practices about change management, talent brand, future of recruitment and sourcing.

Our goal is at the end of the event for you to walk away better connected, inspired and ready to transform your industry. It’s not by chance that Talent Connect London was awarded as “Best Conference Series” at the 2015 Conference Awards.

You can already review the session line up -- there are plenty of choices between the 6 keynotes and 40+ breakout talks.

As you make up your mind on what sessions are the best fit for you, here are 5 highlights that are worth getting excited about:

1. Inspiring keynotes:

Last year, L'Oréal impressed the audience by revealing their truly innovative approach to employer branding and sourcing. Well, this year we have Stephen Lochhead, VP Global Talent & Resourcing and Keith Weed, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Unilever who will talk about unleashing the power of purpose through people and brands. They will draw on the magic that talent professionals can create by bringing HR, Marketing and Brand together.

2. Top-notch networking:

We’ve always taken a great pride in our InLounge – the perfect environment for socializing and networking.

This year we’re going even bigger with a completely different theme, lots of surprises and networking opportunities. Our interactive breakout sessions will ensure you leave with new ideas, well-answered and tangible takeaways to bring back to the office.

3. Exclusive LinkedIn product news:

We will have LinkedIn’s director of product, Eddie Vivas, exclusively sharing LinkedIn’s product roadmap for 2016 so you can ensure you’re in the know from the beginning and incorporate it into your planning.

4. Diverse and engaging speakers:

We have speakers coming from across EMEA and the world: Hungary, Germany, South Africa, Spain, Dubai and Sweden to name a few of the countries. But that’s not where it all ends. This year we will host:

  • Talent leaders from a wide range of industries such as Facebook, Solvay, Booking.com, BBVA, BP, Vodafone and Hurriyet to name a few.
  • Marketing leaders such as the EMEA Marketing Director of Adobe, Simon Morris, sharing marketing best practices which can be applied to recruitment.
  • Industry thought leaders such as the Executive Director of CEB, Jean Martin and the chairperson of the Universum Strategic Board, Claudia Tattanelli sharing trends and research which has emerged in the last year.
