Helping LinkedIn and Workday Recruiting Customers Work More Efficiently and Productively
October 20, 2020
In talking with recruiters and their teams in recent months, we’ve heard just how much COVID-19 has changed the way they work. Most are juggling new business needs, new priorities and, in many cases, an increasing number of candidates coming into their pipelines as more people look for work. As recruiters adjust to these changing workflows and the increased distance from their own teams themselves, they need more from the tools and technology they live in every day.
Our team recognizes the important role we can play in equipping talent acquisition professionals with tools and resources to help them adapt to this changing work environment and business landscape. And that’s why we’ve remained committed to innovating and expanding platforms like Recruiter System Connect (RSC), which lets talent professionals connect their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with LinkedIn Recruiter to give recruiters even more value from both tools. RSC allows recruiting teams to have the most accurate, up-to-date information without having to toggle between systems, freeing up more time for recruiters to focus on being strategic partners to the business and create an enhanced candidate experience.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to invest in creating an even simpler workflow. For example, we’ve added more job information from the ATS to be surfaced in LinkedIn Recruiter, allowing teams to export candidates to the ATS with more precision. And our newly designed In-ATS Profile widget allows RSC users to view more LinkedIn profile information and candidate interactions without leaving their ATS. Our latest data shows that our RSC customers are freeing up 3hrs/recruiter/week and seeing an increase in both Recruiter engagement and InMail response rates.
And today, I’m excited to share our latest news: Last month, Workday joined us as an RSC partner. This partnership will further open up the opportunity for over 2,400 Workday Recruiting customers to work more efficiently and productively when using Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter. We expect that the addition of Workday as an RSC partner will help even more recruiters get time back in their day so they can concentrate on the parts of their job that matter most.
I’m proud of the progress we’ve been able to make together, and am looking forward to sharing updates on further innovation in the months ahead!
