Talented LinkedIn Alumni Looking for New Opportunities

Our talent has always been our top operating priority and we invest in growing the skills and experience of our team at LinkedIn. We wouldn’t be who we are today, without the passion and commitment our employees bring to their work each and every day. As we recently had to make a very difficult decision to reduce the size of our workforce across our Global Sales and Talent Acquisition organizations as a result of strategic business changes, some of our talent is now open to new opportunities.

We’ve launched a Recent Alumni directory on our LinkedIn Page as an opt-in centralized directory of those who recently lost their job at LinkedIn. Our goal is to help these talented alumni who are looking for open roles connect to people who are hiring even faster by highlighting their profile, skills and interests.

This directory is easily searchable and features hundreds of departing LinkedIn employees across our Global Sales and Talent Acquisition teams, including people with experience across customer success, recruitment and sales management in North and South America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions.

You can access the directory on either mobile or desktop to look for people who might be a fit for your open roles by following these easy steps:

1. Go to the LinkedIn Page

Linkedin company page

2. Click on the tab “Recent Alumni”

3. Search for the talent you need based on connections, location, job title and job type filters

4. Message the candidate directly about your open opportunities

We encourage you to use our directory to find hard-working and dedicated people for your sales and talent acquisition roles.

While the Recent Alumni directory feature is currently only available on LinkedIn’s Page, we’re focused on listening to what our members and customers need to understand how we can best help them connect and navigate these dynamic times.
