Business has been booming in the Middle East over the past 10 years, particularly in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. With this exponential growth, new businesses are launching in the region – with an ever-increasing demand for new talent.
However, finding the right people with the right skill set has proven to be difficult for local and regional companies. Jobs are being created every day but it’s become more challenging to fill them due to the mismatch between the skills required and offered by professionals today.
In partnership with TNS Research, we interviewed more than 300 talent acquisitions leaders and 1,500 professionals in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar to understand why finding talent in the Middle East is such a challenge.
