  1. Within a job or a project, navigate to the “Project settings” tab
  2. Click “Hiring team” on the left side of the screen
  3. Click the “Add someone” button on the right side of the screen 
  4. Type in the name of the teammate you would like to add as a member of your project 
  5. Select one of three different types of permissions for a project member: “Sourcer,” “Manager,” or “Collaborator
  1. Navigate to the 3-dot menu icon (“...”) on the right side of the screen 
  2. Click the “Share” button
  3. Enter the name of the person you want feedback from 
  4. Compose a message to inform your teammate of your request 
  1. Reply to the request by following the link provided via email.
  2. Navigate to the homepage by clicking on the Recruiter icon in the top left corner of Recruiter. Navigate to the “Give profile feedback” section on the left side of the screen.
  1. Navigate to the “Compose message” window
  2. Click the icon in the bottom-left corner that shows brackets (“{}”), which will reveal the    list of options 


  • Search by spoken languages (found in “Advanced search”)​
  • Search by custom fields (found in “Advanced search”)​
  • View search insights​
  • View job applies and profile views in search results (Note: all other Recruiter activities are available)​
  • View / add tags from search results​
  • Access “Find more people like” from Recruiter search bar (Note: users can still access “Find more people like” from search results)​


  • View / add reminders from profile​
  • View / add custom fields from profile​
  • Candidate updates​
  • View similar profiles​


  • View who added a candidate to a project pipeline​
  • Sort candidate pipeline by name​
  • In-app notification of Open Candidate status


  • Jobs metrics in Usage report (Note: Jobs metrics are still available via Jobs report)​
