LEAD 2020 Cohorts: Continuing the Talent Connect Conversation
It started at Talent Connect. We gathered 255 talent executives, HR leaders, and LEAD members from the world’s leading companies for four days of programming. Each of you was a part of our Tuesday cohorts, designed for the most senior of our LEAD attendees.
Now, it’s time to continue the conversation, and bring everyone together for our cohort launch. Our cohorts will be regional, one in New York City and the other in San Francisco, and we’ll bring you together three times: March 31, 2020; June 2020 (exact date coming soon), and Talent Connect 2020.
Why a cohort? We’ve heard from many of you that you’d like more time to discuss, problem-solve, and design solutions together. Through the cohorts, our goal is to give you the platform and space to do this. Your commitment? To attend in-person or virtually the cohort meetings and work together in small groups in between sessions. The aim is to present back to your peers at Talent Connect 2020.
What to expect:
- Design thinking: we’ll follow a five-stage design thinking approach—empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test.
- Strategy & solution focused: segment into small groups to develop a strategy anchored on a common area of interest.
- Cohort meetings: mix of in-person and virtual with entire cohort and your working groups.
