New benefits.
New opportunities.
Talent media is a critical component of your hiring and employer branding strategy and we want to help you unlock the full potential of your investments.
To give you greater flexibility, we’re evolving our customer support model. From October 1st, you'll begin working with a new Campaign Strategist for your media needs. Your LinkedIn Talent Solutions Relationship Manager will continue to be your primary point of contact for talent strategy.
When your contract expires, you’ll have the option to renew on our new self-service model for 24/7 access and simplified account management.
Make the most of these new benefits
More budget control
When your current contract is up for renewal, you’ll transition to a new pay-on-delivery model that gives you greater control over your talent media investments. Instead of an upfront payment, you will pay monthly based on the amount of campaign media delivered, giving you greater flexibility.

New ways to engage candidates
We’ll be rolling out new ad formats that offer more opportunities to engage with the right talent – at the right time, in the right place. Along with familiar formats like Sponsored Content, Dynamic Ads* and Pipeline Builder, you’ll have the option to leverage three new formats for your talent campaigns:
1. Message Ads to engage candidates through LinkedIn messages, delivered when the member is active.
2. Conversation Ads to reach talent audiences in their LinkedIn inboxes with customized experiences and call to actions.
3. Text Ads to target potential candidates in a simple and easy-to-set-up solution.
To find out how to make the most of these new ad formats, please speak to your LinkedIn Campaign Strategist.
*Dynamic Ads is the new name for Recruitment Ads. Both of these ad formats share the same functionality as one another so there is no change.
Greater flexibility
When you move to our self-service model, you can launch and manage multiple ad formats from one account with one budget, simplifying your media activity and spend, and giving you greater flexibility to manage your talent strategy.

Rest assured, it will be a smooth transition
We know that change can be hard, but we’re here to support you throughout the transition.
