Jeremy Roffe-Vidal was born in the UK and grew up in Germany. Jeremy studied psychology and started his career as a consultant at Kienbaum International in Paris. In 1998, Dell Computer entrusted him to become Head of Staffing & Development for Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa region based in Paris and Bracknell. Jeremy was later appointed Divisional Vice President Human Resources with Invensys plc, a British engineering conglomerate, based out of Geneva and London. Then after, he joined ALSTOM Power Systems in Zurich as Senior Vice President Human Resources.

In September 08, Jeremy was appointed Group Human Resources Director for the Capgemini Group.

Over the past 10 years, he has published 3 books (Demain, je donne ma dem' - Luttez contre la démission intérieure " – First Editions, 2002 ; Recruter et motiver ses collaborateurs - 256 clés pour manager une équipe qui gagne " – First Editions, 2002 ; Au secours, je n'aime plus mon job - Comment être heureux au travail ?
