Darren Ryemill
A Serial Entrepreneur in the Recruitment Industry, Darren is a recruitment pioneer. Having created and established multiple multi-million pound recruitment businesses Darren decided in 2008 that there was a clear demand for a new recruitment model – based around quality, delivery and working with the “passive”, in demand candidate. As a result Opus was established and is still going strong. 2013 saw Darren set up Baltimore Consulting as a separate business, operating in a different sector in order to facilitate faster growth. He is actively involved on a daily basis in Opus and Baltimore, focusing on business strategy, culture and growth as well as new development areas such as international offices, diversification and “new generation” recruitment innovations.
