Eelco started his career in 1988 with Procter & Gamble in The Netherlands. He subsequently held several management positions with (Reckitt-) Benckiser in Europe, a.o. in Italy and Germany.
In 1997, he joined PepsiCo / Frito-Lay as Commercial VP - Smiths Foodgroup Benelux, later appointed General Manager Frito-Lay Germany. His last position before joining Amrop executive search was with Cirio-DelMonte as Managing Director for Continental Europe. He joined Amrop as Partner on 1 November 2003. He has focused on consumer & retail and life sciences in a variety of management level positions.
