James is an award winning business consultant and trainer to the recruitment industry, with an international board level background in recruitment; ultimately as General Manager within one of the largest HR and Recruitment service providers in Australia. On returning to the UK in 2005, James founded Innergy, the award winning consultancy and training group and most recently became CEO of Elite Recruitment Network.

James has worked with over 400 recruitment businesses and as is in demand in the UK and Internationally as a dynamic and motivational speaker. As Chief Executive Officer of Elite Recruitment Network James works with recruitment business leaders, helping them to achieve significant growth, performance improvement and competitive advantage. James acts as a Non-Executive Director, consultant, trainer and sales strategist for numerous fast growth recruitment businesses.
