Paul is Founder & Chairman of Aspire who specialise in recruiting for the media and marketing communications industry.

Paul established Phee Farrer Jones (pfj) in 1992, The Graduate Recruitment Company in 1993, acquired RPCushing in 2009 and Periscope on 2011, launched offices in Singapore and Hong Kong and rebranded the whole business as Aspire in 2014.

Paul started in recruitment in 1986 pre mobile and email let alone social. 1986 was a time when a recruiters best friend was a Yellow Pages, a phone and an ability to place classified recruitment ads in the papers to generate candidates.Social was meeting a candidate in the pub or taking a client to lunch.
