He has spent his 16+ year career in the agency business with remits across Asia Pacific and Global positions impacting business growth and marketing efforts worldwide, building demand for Fortune 500 brands among consumer and business professionals across multiple channels.

In his current role, Nikolaus is undertaking a leadership capacity to manage and drive innovation and digitally-led integrated programs, building EMC's marketing architecture via a digital-omni-channels, evolving EMC's customer experiences, and its integration across functions and businesses across Asia Pacific & Japan.

He has also been engaged frequently as a speaker, and as a thought leader and change agent in driving transformation in marketing leadership and customer experiences, he is driven to build a value continuum that is social, authentic, life (B2C) & business (B2B) integrated and remarkable by experience.
