Disable pop-up blocker for all sites

To disable the pop-up blocker completely in Chrome, go to: Settings > Show advanced settings. From the Privacy section, click Content settings. Go to the Pop-ups section, select “Allow all sites to show popups”, click Done, and then close the “Settings” page. Refresh the page to launch the course.
