John is one of Australia’s leading advisory resources on sales effectiveness. As the Director of Sales Advisory at SalesITV, John supports organisations all over APAC in conducting research, analysing sales gaps and identifying innovative trends that help his customers.

He has authored sales performance content for LinkedIn, Reuters, Salesforce, Nitro, Sales4Life and MHI Global where he is commonly referred to as ‘The Intrepid Sales Detective’. He also leads SalesROI, a quarterly research publication designed at helping Australian sales leaders.
