Louisa Francis

Louisa is currently the COO for Client Coverage Group in Institutional Banking and Markets at CBA, here she co-ordinates the translation of the strategic goals of CCG into business specific plans in co-ordination with both product and geography segments. Developing and maintaining key business and individual KPIs which drive the quantum and quality of earnings, return on capital and client and product diversification which CCG and IB&M target to achieve. Louisa's has a diverse team who are responsible for Client Lifecycle Management (Client onboarding including AML and KYC), Business Analysis and Performance, Continuous Improvement and Change initiatives across the Client Coverage business. She is also responsible for Client Advisory Services who partner with Industry teams to enable proactive, strategic-led advice as well as development of our talent. Previous to this role I was the Head of Transformation Services delivering strategic and productivity initiatives as well as providing transparent, fact-based and timely information for prioritisation and reporting to enable improved decision making and governance.

Prior to her work at CBA Louisa held management positions across Ernst & Young, Accenture and Starlight Children’s Foundation
